Rates and Reservations
Room Rates $125(plus local & state taxes)
- Check-in 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (other times by prior arrangement)
- Check-out 11:00 a.m. (this time is firm
- A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Lodging rates are subject to change.
- We prefer personal checks but if necessary will accept payment via Paypal with a 5% processing fee in addition to room rate and taxes.
- For the comfort of all, smoking is only permitted outdoors. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
- Even though we adore pets, they are not allowed at the inn due to allergies of guests.
- Although we love children, the inn is not designed for children under 12. Please do not bring children without our permission as some guests are trying to get away from theirs.
- All room prices are based on double occupancy. There will be a $25 per guest, per night charge for rooms with more than 2 guests.
- Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Once a room is reserved it is no longer available for other guests. Reservation holders canceling 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit of one nights stay unless the room can be rebooked, in which case the full deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance from the time of your arrival. There will be no refunds for early departures.
